There is an underground car parking garage underneath the hotel which is most convenient for those who drive. An excellent choice of dishes is offered for breakfast. The staff were super helpful and amazingly understanding - most embarrasingly, our puppy lost control of her bladder in the foyer, but the receptionist was friendly and professional, and did her absolute best to assure me that it was no problem at all! We also requested a tax invoice many months after our stay, and received it within minutes.

Very clean and comfortable, perfect for a one night stay on our trip before getting the ferry back to Ireland. We had a room with a gorgeous view over Caen. Very modern design and friendly staff. I requested an extra blanket and received it directly to the room within a few minutes. Excellent service.

Very easy to access at the end of the canal from the ferry port as we arrived by bicycles. Rooms are spacious, quiet and well designed with plenty of room for luggage. Good size desk. Easy walk into town with plenty of restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. Generous sized bathroom with shower over bath. Breakfast varied and very good. Staff friendly at all times.

I would like to emphasize the exceptional service at the reception. Shortcut to the parking via elevator was also very confy. The breakfast was not very various in terms of choice however delicious and fine!

This modern hotel in Caen is conveniently located right across the street from the train station. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
